Sometimes we don't really see as lending a hand as a great impact, but it is. Just giving a few hours on a Saturday or contributing to something that really inspires you is really motivating. I have had that experience by participating in community projects through my school and in my own time. I am VP for Environmental Club and we help promote earth awareness. We try to motivate everyone, but especially the younger population because then it would expand. We have previously gone to help clean up around parks and lakes, giving gifts to child centers in Texas, and promoting green awareness throughout the campus. I am also a volunteer at a public library, although it seems like shelving books really isn't much it is, because I see the projects that are growing towards literacy. It makes you aware of unlimited things that you can do and achieve not just on your own but with the corporation with a motivated group
