This summer was the best that I've had in a long time, that's because i went to Spain.
It was a whole different world for me. New culture, new food, and new language.

This past week we celebrated our planets"annual birthday". Earth Day as we call it. Many people had many activities; such as learning new things we can do to make our world a better place, consuming less water, and electricity. or just enjoy a walk to the park. I celebrated Earth week by, planting flowers, consuming less energy, and recycled almost everything that came when it was time to throw away. Earth week has been celebrated my more people each year, and I hope it will continue.!

Every time I listen to one of her songs it reminds me on the great impact she had on the Latinos & our culture.
Selena was a great role model for every one out there, that we can achieve our dream no matter what the consequences were.She was famous for her amazing voice and her tejano style of music. Although she is not with us anymore, I feel that she is in each and everyone's hearts, and her songs will stay with us for ever.

Many people say that the toughest job right now is being the president of the Unites States, but if i had the opportunity to be the president for a day I would do as much as i could and enjoy every minute of it. I would go take a long tour of the white house, and take as many pictures as i can. I would love to go into the all the different buildings, halls, and offices of the white house. While i was watching the inaguration of president Barak Obama, I was thinking this is really happening , the first african american president of the United States, This moment will be history. I am really excited to see what the future holds in store for us and our country. I think Barak Obama will be a better leader of our country.
