Hacer ejercicios me ayuda mucho con el estrés! Siempre me siento mejor despues de hacerlos. Bailar, andar en bicicleta, nadar, correr, yoga, caminar....

One of my subjects :) Dear i have a lot of stress on my hands. Anything from family, money, boyfriend, friends and even girls that hate me... But I just do things that calm me down for example i listen to music :], Play with my pets, even dance. I'm a dancer and thats a way to get things off my mind, except for when i can't land my triple sometimes ha if that can't calm me down i sit outside and watch the stars :) But the real things is to just not let things get to you just show that you can do it, or just ignore fighters, WHATEVER it may be. You can do it. :D
